Holacracy hits Holland

Posted on Oct 30th, 2007 by yeshe : imaginal cell yeshe
Just received this from Diederick and Alain. I'd love to be there, but something tells me that the difference between holacracy and the bureaucracy that I'm condemned to endure will break my heart more than is sustainable for me right now!

Invitation to Holacracy training with Brian Robertson

The speed and complexity of change are outpacing our organizations' attempts to cope with it.

The plan and control model smothers innovation, while the consensus model often leads to delay and compromise.

Holacracy is a leading-edge way of organizing, which helps un-leash the potential of individuals and organizations.

By integrating all relevant perspectives in rapid and functional decision-making processes, the organization is continually aligning itself with the changing reality.

For the first time, Brian Robertson, the founder of Holacracy, is coming to The Netherlands this winter.

This American pioneer is highly acclaimed internationally for his experience and expertise around organization and governance..

Realize!, in collaboration with  CHE School of Synnervation, is organizing an introduction afternoon and a two-day training on Holacracy. Don't miss this if you'd like to find out how organizations can make a next step, or if you'd like to deepen your experience of Holacracy!

Hi Helen,

Well, in that case, this video I think will lift your heart! I know you enjoyed the Woven Essence hosting video that I posted earlier so I thought I'd share this one with ya as well. Different… but inspiring.
